Complementing Your Beauty

Complementing Your Beauty

Everything you desire in life should complement your beauty. Life is better when you require that everything that enters your life complements and enhances it. I’m learning to live life in this way. Although thankful for the dead end relationships and failed attempts at trying to make situations work, I eventually realized they were never for me in the first place. They just ended up being hard lessons learned. I’m sure we’ve all had our share of those. Those hard lessons helped pave the way for better decision making in the future and a better understanding of the power of letting go (and what that means for my self worth).

Before I relate this to another way we should be complementing our beauty, think about how the relationships in your life complement you and your beauty. How do they make you feel? Do those relationships uplift you? Are those relationships draining? Can they help you get to that next level? Sometimes we can’t easily identify them unless we question how something makes us feel, and for reals. Try writing the pros and cons of that relationship to see how valuable it is to your life. And be real with yourself.

Now on to the next way we can complement our beauty.

One thing most of us may find easy to do is use fashion to complement our style. Beauty never has an issue with complementing beauty. With that said, there are so many means used to enhance our beauty through makeup, clothing and jewelry. I find that jewelry takes a look from one level to the next (talk about leveling up). I always find jewelry helpful whenever I use it to style my looks. Jewelry to me adds value to any outfit.

One of my favorite places to shop for jewelry to help with complementing my beauty is the Kollectin app. There are various jewelry designers and styles that suits the individual tastes of so many. Use my code PenteneStyles for your access and get your fave jewelry finds for 50% off. They have a lot of beautiful fall style pieces ready for a home and styling partner.

In what ways do you complement your beauty? Have you let go of anything that didn’t complement you or your beauty? Do you wear jewelry as a complement to you? Thank you for stopping by and reading this post. Hope it was helpful. Don’t forget to subscribe and be alerted for the next post.

She started Style Me Fancy by Pentené (a style, fashion and lifestyle blog) initially to brand herself as a stylist, but quickly turned it into a place to inspire women to find a sense of empowerment in their personal style. She’s a native of San Diego, California, but made Los Angeles her home in 2002. She enjoys being mom to her tween son, city life, fun with family (and friends that are like family), seeing the world, dressing up, dining, wineries and self caring at a spa. To her, as a former singer, music brings everything to light and many times writes while listening to it.
