Happy 2017 lady loves! The New Year is really here + ready to take us on a new magical journey. You feel it? I sure as heck do. I don’t know about you, but 2016 was a tough one – it opened my eyes + challenged me in so many ways. It’s cool though because I’ve learned so much + although not perfect, I’m growing + working on not making the same mistakes. As I was saying, the new year makes you focus on change + with change comes a new perspective. With a new perspective you can uncover a New Year style.

Style is so expressive + establishes an image. Through style you can reveal an upgraded version of yourself. Showing a part of you that no one has seen or discovered before. Truthfully, that was one of my motives for the New Year. To shed more layers of who I am becoming + aspire to be. As much as it was important for me to shed those layers, it was just as important for me to share it with the world through my New Year style.

One of my first posts in the New Year is giving you all kinds of chic, growth, fearless, unapologetic, attention grabbing, sophisticated lady + a woman on a mission. It’s all in this philosophy republic clothing sweater with all over gold shimmer spots + black faux fur details {Similar here}. I paired it with a black faux leather pencil skirt + faux suede knee high lace up boots to show off the intricate details in the shoe from the laces to the gold zipper on the side. The accessories add just the right oomph warranting even more style appeal with the faux fur crossbody bag, felt wool floppy hat with gold detailing, gold + black three tier drop earrings, + gold tone multi-row bracelet with drawstring.

Have you considered your New Year Style? What does it feel + look like? Think of the adjustments you want to make in the New Year + implement the style that will best complement you + your mission for 2017. Thanks for stopping by + I hope that I’ve inspired you to consider your New Year Style too. Xoxo
