Hello beautiful people! We all know that beauty starts from the inside. If we don’t feel good on the inside than we won’t look good on the outside. That’s why it’s important for us to take care of our heart, body, mind and soul.
Running is one exercise that can help you live a much healthier life. Running not only burns calories and helps you lose weight, but boosts your immune system. There are so many more benefits that come from running that we should take note of. It relieves stress, boosts our confidence, prevents disease and eliminates depression (read more on the benefits of running here). Active people are less likely to develop certain health risks like Alzheimer, and for us women, we’re less likely to get breast cancer. With less health risks means that you live longer.
I enjoy the more natural ways of exercising and running is one of those ways. It’s an easy way to be active because you don’t need any equipment except maybe a dumbbell to help with toning. There’s no need to utilize the gym because we can go running in our neighborhood, the park or beach (if you live near one). Exercising outdoors is a self-esteem booster because of the pleasantry views of the outdoors and Mother Nature.
Another great part of running is sweating because it’s great for our skin. I live for a natural glow, but didn’t care to sweat as much. However, after learning that it boosts natural oils and gets rid of gunk that causes breakouts from clogged pores sweating is alright with me. There’s nothing worse than wearing make-up with clogged up pores.
If you don’t like running then dancing or yoga has some of these same benefits. Either way let’s work on ways together to continue to be the most beautiful us that we can by focusing on ways to improve our health and age gracefully. So run girl, run.
